RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials,
equipment and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the installation
of gutters and down spouts at Wilder Playground, located at Case Avenue & Jessie
Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota,to ETTEL & FRANZ COMPANY in accordance with

City specifications/Uerefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid #4668 of said
Ettel & Franz Company for the contract price of $521.00, such bid being the lower
and said Ettel & Franz Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
