RESOLVED, that the petition for the amendment of the
Zoning Code so as to rezone certain real property commonly
designated as 812 Parkway Drive, from "A" Residence District
to Commercial District, said property being a Miscellaneous
Tract more particularly described in the pertinent file of
the Commissioner of Finance bearing Document No. 15891 and
in the pertinent publication notice of said petition to rezone,
dated December 12, 19625 by the City Clerk published December 15,
1962, in the official newspaper of the City of Saint Paul, may
be withdrawn and refiled by the petitioners as a new petition
and without the payment of filing fees on account of such
refiling, and the time for the Council's action thereon shall
be deeme& to run from and after the date of such refiling.
