RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to execute Agreement No. 53618,
between the Minnesota State Highway Department and the
City of Saint Paul, approved as to form by the Corporation
Counsel, said agreement providing that the City be reim-
bursed for expense incurred in lowering the 24" Fisk Street
sewer crossing mn connection with construction of Trunk
Highway 94.
