WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul, by and through its Department
of Libraries, Auditorium,.Museums & Stadia, has entered into con-
tracts with Schumann Bros., Inc., one contract referring_ to Paint-
ing of St. Anthony Park Branch, Ford, Branch And Hamline Branch Li-
13aries and the other referring to Painting of Hamline,.Merriam Park
And. Riverview Branch Libraries, in said city; and
WHEREAS, That as a part of the General Specifications of said
contracts, certain insurance, to wit: public liability and automo-
bile liability insurance policies in specific limits are required;
and
WHEREAS, Said contracts have been fully performed by said
contractor to the satisfaction of the aforesaid department; now
therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the General Specifications, which are a part
of said contracts, may be and hereby are specifically amended inso-
far as -the limits of certain insurance policies required thereunder
are concerned, and that substituted in place of the insurance limits
required in said General Specifications shall be the following
limits: _
Public Liability - $200,000 each person instead of $250,000
$300,000 any one accident instead of $500,000
',Property-Damage - $50,000 each accident instead of�$150,000
:$100,000 aggregate instead of.$200,000, and
RESOLVED- FTIRTHER, That the proper officers of the City of St.
Paul are hereb'`y authorized, in view of the within amendment of said
GenerallSpecifications in relation to these particular contracts,
,authorized to make-payment of the contract sums to said Schumann
Brothers.
