The City Cotincil requested that you prepare a resolution granting
the attached request of Mrs. Earl Bland, 1331 E. Minnehaha Ave.,
for permission to erect four sections of six-foot high basket weave

Gentlemen:
This Department has received a request submitted by Mrs.
Earl Bland of 1331 East Minnehaha Avenue, for permission
to erect four sections of six foot high basket weave fenc-
ing to eAclose a patio in the rear yard.
Our inspector reports that this will be from six to eight
feet inside of the border line fence and should not be
objectionable to the neighbors.
We, ther ,fore, recommend that a permit be authorized.
