Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for
constructing a sewer in Ross Ave. from the alley that is approximately 130 feet south-
easterly of Waukon Ave. to 180 feet west of Howard Street and in E. Seventh Street from
the alley that is approximately 130 feet southeasterly of Waukon Ave. to 180 feet west
of Howard Street; all of which is to be known as the MERIT ADDITION SEWER SYSTEM
under Preliminary Order 191106 , approved February 24, 1959
Intermediary Order 192477 , approved May 26, 1959
Final Order 192845 , approval June 23, 1959
The assessment benpfits, cost and PxnPnsps for and in connection with

the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 3rd
day of April, 1963 at the hour of 10 dclock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
