Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of
benefits, cost and expenses
for
constructing a sewer in Cottage Ave. from Burr Street to Jessie Street; in Jessie
Street from Cottage Ave. to Ivy Ave.; in Bradley Street from Cottage Ave. to Ivy Ave.;
in Ivy Ave. from Jessie Street to a point that is 35 ft. east of the east line of
Lot 16, Block 11 Stone & Morton's 2nd Addition, all of which is to be known as the
JESSIE -IVY SEWER SYSTEM
under Preliminary Order 191860 , approved April 15, 1959
Intermediary Order 193897 , approved September 8, 1959
Final Orde _, approved October 6. 1259

The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said _.assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 911th
day of •Tnl fit, 1963 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
