John Rossi, and the City through the office of the Corporation Counsel wherein the City would agree to pay and the employee agree to accept in full, final and complete settlement of any and all claims for workmen's compensation benefits by reason of said alleged personal injury of March 2, 1962 to date the sum of $600, representing approximately 13 -2/5 weeks of compensation for-temporary total disability, and from that sum to be paid to employee's attorney directly 25 per cent, or $150, and the City would pay the outstanding medical bill of Dr. Benjamin J. Singer in the sum of $142 and the outstanding bill of St. Joseph's Hospital in the sum of $346.65, and the office of the Corporation Counsel recommends settlement on that basis, Now, Therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby authorized to enter into a Stipulation for Settlement based upon the above described terms, and to abide by the Award on Stipulati of the Industrial Commission issued pursuant thereto.
