RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing Roller Towel service (including ca
Club Towels, Shop Towels Dusters and Dust Mop Heads to the City Hall and Court House
to the Departmen ublic Safety for period of twelve months beginning July 1, 1963, to
AMERICAN LINEN SUPPLY COMPANY in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto
attached and the Formal Bid #9271 of said American Linen Supply Company for the contrac
price of approximately $5000x00, more or less according to requirements, such bid being
the lowest and said American Linen Supply Company being a reasonable and reliable biddl
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said
contract on behalf of the City of St,. Paul and on behalf of the City Hall and Court Ho
Commission.
