RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for farni.shing all labor, materials',
equipment and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the Repointing
Stone Joints, Resetting Certain Stones, Waterproofing and Reglazing Windows
at the City Hall and Court House, Saint Paul, Minnesota to R. L. COTTER &
ASSOCIATES in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and
the Formal Bid #9277 of said R. L. Cotten & Associates for the contract price
of $28,296.00 (and unit price bid) such bid being the lowest and said R. L.
Cotten & Associates being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said
contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
