RESOLVED, that Suzanne Davison be permitted
to construct a six and one -half foot fence three feet
on the inside of the,-alley lot line, at the rear of
her lot at 1506 Chelmsford Street, said fence to be con-
structed under the direction and to the satisfaction of
the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public
Buildings.

Gentlemen:
A request has been received from Suzanne Davison of 506
Chelmsford Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, for permission
to construct a fence six and one -half feet high and three
feet on the inside of the alley lot line at the rear of
he.r home at the above address.
Our office has made an investigation of this and recommends
that approval be granted for the construction of an over-
sized redwood fence at the above address.

I am contemplating a red wood fence at the rear of my home at
1506 Chelmsford St. . I-am requesting permission to erect this
six and one -half feet high and three feet on the.inside of the alley
lot line. The fence will be erected by S t.eve groiss Construction
Company. Mr. Kroiss is working at my home now. We will appreciate
hearing from you as soon as possible.
