Gentlemen:
A request has been received from Mr. Freemond Nielsen
of 1077 E. Lawson Avenue for permission to erect a six
foot high fence at the rear of his property, which is
on the edge of a large hole which neighbors and others
are dumping into. He wishes to screen this dump off.
We have checked this in the field and recommend that
approval be granted for the construction of an over-
sized fence at the above address.
