Mr. James Dalglish
Commissioner of Finance
City of St. Paul
St. Paul, Minnesota
Dear Mr. Dalglish:
We received your letter of May 24, File S7021, page 1,
regarding replacement of sidewalk on the south side
of Marshall Avenue, from the River Blvd. to Cretin
Avenue.
We are in full accord with this work which has been
badly needed for several years. I assume that the six
foot width will be followed without option since all the
present sidewalks in this area are six Peet wide includ-
ing several sections replaced quite recently.
The sidewalk in front of our property at 2210 Marshall
Avenue, was installed to city specifications by Fridholm
Construction Company in May, 1960, and consequently needs
no replacement.
