RESOLVED, That Ray W. Betts be paid the sum of
$438.75 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the
General Fund in full settlement of his claim against the
City of Saint Paul for compensation,resulting from his
injury of August 12, 1959 while in the employ of the
Department of Public Safety whereby he suffered a tempo-
rary total disability until September 21, 1959 and 5 per
cent permanent partial disability to his hand; that of
said sum, the amount of $438.75 is now due and payable.
