In the event that said ordinance is not passed by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc. agrees to remove the subject installations and to restore the street to its original condition, to the satisfaction of the Chief Engineer of the City of Saint Paul; be it FURTHER RESOLVED, That during the period of construction, Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc. must agree to protect the City of Saint Paul and the public according to the pertinent provisions of said proposed Ordinance No. 12491; be it FURTHER RESOLVED, That Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc. accept the terms and conditions herein, and the terms and conditions of the 'proposed ordinance in the form of a letter signed by a duly authorized officer of the corporation, which shall be filed with the City Clerk of the City of Saint Paul within five days of the passage of this Resolution.
