PAUL O NCIL NO OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOLUTION- GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONER DATE June 11, 1963 213444 Mayor and the Comptroller, to continue in effect the authority of Resolution of the Council COP* No. 208882, subject to the terms, conditions and provisions of said Resolution, to rent equipment requisitioned by the Commissioner of Public Works for the operations indicated in the aforesaid Resolution for the additional period of time to expire October 31, 1963, such rentals to be on the basis of prices submitted to the Purchasing Agent by various renters of equipment and accepted by the Purchasing Agent on behalf of the City without advertisement or competitive bids pursuant to the provisions of the Charter of the City of St. Paul.
