CHAPTER 690, SECTION 3, AS BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: Section 1. Laws 1959, Chapter 690, Section 2, is amended to read: Sec. 2. The provisions rules and regulations under any such ordinance for such payment of severance pay by said city, authorized under the foregoing provisions of Section 1 hereof, shall be said r" applicable to all employees o City other than its elected city officials.
