Ilocate a ,: r te 4th such electrical d for servicing Irat.n' by NO213366 _ WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has recently completed con- demnation proceedings in connection with the acquisition of the necessary right -o£ -way for the Saint Paul Flood Control Project at or near that area on the southerly bank of the Mississippi River wherein the Saint Paul Yacht Club is located, together with such electrical facilities normally used for servicing of such facilities as are operated by said yacht club, which facilities have been removed as part of the relocation work in relation to said Flood Control Project, and WHEREAS, in view of the foregoing it is reported that said removal of electrical facilities was not taken into consideration at the time of the original condemnation and therefore no awards were made for said removal, the amount of work to be performed in relocation of said electrical facilities to be represented, reliably, to amount to the sum of $218.00, now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that authority is herewith given for the City of Saint Paul to pay to Batzli Electric Company as full payment for their work performed, in relocating the electrical facilities serving the, St. Paul Yacht Club the sum of $218.00, the same to be charged the PIR Fund, which fund is to be reimbursed from Flood Control Bond Fund No. 4400 and RESOLVED FURTHER, that the appropriate City officials may be and hereby are authorized to prepare appropriate warrants and /or drafts in the amountiof $218.00 to accomplish the payment to said Batzli Elec- tric Company as aforesaid and for the purposes herein contained.
