Council City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: In accordance with Ordinance No. 11542, the Car Mileage Committee met Friday morning, June 14, 1963 and passed on the following requests: DEPARTMENT OF LAW Donald L. Lais, Corporation Counsel requested placement of his name on C Mileage Plan, maximum $50.00 per month, effective June 1, 1963. The committee recommends favorable action. DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION AND PUBLIC BUILDINGS A letter signed by Commissioner Loss requested consideration of the following to be placed on B plan, $75.00 maximum, effective June 1, 1963 Robert Huna, Electrician Now on Type A Walter Bock, Carpenter Now on Type A Louis Weber, Carpenter Now on Type C Charles Chaput, Painter Now on Type C These changes are recommended for favorable action. It was also requested by Commissioner Loss that Katherine Pepin, Refectory Manager, be placed on Type C mileage from April16 through October 31, each year, effective May 1, 1963 with a max- imum of $15.00 per month. Mrs. Pepin uses her car to bring the receipts from the refectory to the bank. It is recommended that this mileage be.allowed. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS A letter signed by Mr. John J. Eichinger, administrative assist- ant, countersigned by Commissioner Rosen and Mr. Behrens, request- ed placement of James Watters, Surveyor, on B mileage, maximum of $75.00 per month, effective June 1, 1963. Mr. Watters will carry his crew, materials and equipment. It is recommended that this mileage be allowed. z Pg. 2 SAINT PAUL PUBLIC SCHOOLS A requdst signed by Raymond F.
