RESOLVED, That upon the recommendations.-of the City
Engineer, Department of Public Works of the City of Saint Paul,
to the effect that test borings near Shell Oil Company garage
along the Shepard Road Route are necessary, the proper City
officials are hereby authorized to execute a contract whereby

the City of Saint Paul shall enter into an agreement with Soil
Exploration Company to conduct the proposed test borings at a
cost not to exceed $2,500, the same to be charged against the
so- called P.I.R. Fund 3001, to be reimbursed from Municipal
State Aid Suspense Fund. z�
