East of Southwest corner of said Lot 18; thence North
parallel to West line of said Lot 85 ft.; thence North-
westerly to point 18 ft. South of North line and 20 ft.

Gentlemen:
Following is a report of the condition of a two story frame
two- family dwelling located at 67 L West Jessamine Avenue, de-
scribed as
Subject to mutual easement; part of Lot 18 East of the
following line: Beginning on South line of and 26 ft.
East of Southwest corner of said lot 18; thence North
parallel to West line of said Lot 85 ft.; thence North-
westerly to point 18 ft. South of North line and 20 ft.
East of West line of said -lot; thence North parallel to
said West line, to North line of said Lot 18 and West
1/2 of Lot 19, Stinson's Rice Street Addition to the
City of Saint Paul.
This building is 60 by 24 by 24. The outside walls are covered
with simulated brick composition siding in poor condition., dam-
aged, and regged. There are loose blocks in the foundation.
The front porch floor is rotted and post columns have buckled
out dangerously. The top step has a 121/2 inch riser. A side
porch and stair to the second floor have very poor materials,
and there is a loose railing. A rear stair and porch to the
second floor have been removed and the door opening at the sec-
ond floor has not bean boarded up. Window frames and doors are
deteriorated and cornices have not been maintained. The rear
chimney is in disrepair.
The general condition of the interior plaster, floors, wiring
and plumbing is poor. Window sash are broken and only two
half screens are provided for entire first floor. The bathroom
ceiling sags because of leaks on the second floor.
The second floor consisting of six rooms and bath has floors
-out of level, plumbing poor,- plaster loose and missing.

ty and should be wrecked and removed.
The last known record owners are Lloyd J. and Veronica K.
Kratz, 1055 North Oxford Street; Saint Paul 3. The first
and second floor are occupied. Danger Notices have been
posted.
Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a public hear-
ing date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code.
