PIHEREAS the Purchasing Agent on Condemnation #3610 was requested by
the Department of Parks & Recreation and Public Buildings to sell ore
Female Cougar Cub; and I
WHEREAS the Purchasing Agent sold the Cougar Cub and collected a
remittance in the amount of $150.00 from Pearson *s Bird and Animal
Farm, and
WHEREAS Mr„ John Fletcher of the Como Zoo now advises that the
Cougar Cub is deceased from natural causes prior to shipment to the
Pearson'*s Bird and Animal Farm;
THEREFORE, be it resolu6gc', that the Comptroller be and is instructed
to issue a draft refunding the payment received from Pearson"s Bird and
Animal Farm.
