Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Lir Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
new
constructing /curb and gutter on both sides of Sheldon St. from Arlington Ave. to
Nebraska Ave.
under Preliminary Order 200723 ,approved February 7, 1961 ,
Intermediary Order 202453 , approved June 6, 1961
Final Order 202862 ,approved July 5, 1961
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment' be, and the same :is hereby in all "respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 25th
day of September, 1963 ,, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber Iof
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and .pl celof

hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
