The court appointed an administrator who performed the necessary repairs on this property. The administrator then invoiced the City for the cost. Advarkages If Approved: The City will be able to recover the cost of repairing this condemned property and making it safe and habitable. The Ciry also can replenish its funds for future rehabilitation work through the Tenants Remedy Action Program.
