WHEREAS, the City Architect, having requested' V ''�� Cdjr it to hold

ticularly described as a two -story frame single family dwelling, Lot 12, Block 73,
Dawson's Earl St. Addition to St Paul Minn., the City Council held a public hearing
on August 6, 1963, to consider the expense and to confirm the amount thereof; and
WHEREAS, it' aPliea"r.s that the City-Council, pursuant to C. F. No. 210198,
approved December 4, 1962, published December 8, 1962, set a public hearing to
consider removing the dangerous structure, and the City Council by C. F. No. 210573,
approved December 28, 1962, published January 1, 1963, ordered the wrecking by and
at the separate cost and expense of the owner, occupant, or other person in control
thereof, and the City Council by C. F. No. 210958, approved January 24, 1963, pub-
lished January 26v, 1963, directed the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and
Public Buildings to enter upon the premises and wreck and remove the building
thereon and do any and all things therein necessary for the protection of life,
limb, and adjoining property, and that the City of Saint Paul has incurred the
expense of $750.69 in removing said structure; and
WHEREAS, it appears that Francis E. Young and Betty Ann Young, 1164 East
Seventh Street, Saint Paul 6, Minnesota, are the owners of the premises; be it
RESOLVED, that we,.the City Council of the City of Saint Paul., do hereby
confirm the amount of $750.69 to be the fair, true, and reasonable amount for
such services incurred in removing the dangerous structure; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be directed to file in the office
of the Register of Deeds for the County of Ramsey a statement of expense incurred
by the City for the purpose of securing a lien on the property, pursuant to the
Building Code, Sec. 1.07 St. Paul Legislative Code.

a formal statement of expense incurred by the City of Saint Paul In the
removal and wreckage of a building at 1032 Sites Avenuei described as Lot 12,
Block 73, Dawson's# Earl St. Addition to Saint Paul, Minn.

Said expense, as hereinabove stated. was incurred by the City of
Saint Paul on June 11! 1963, for wrecking and removal of building at 1032

given in Council File No. 214467. passed by the Council of the City of
Saint Paul on August 27, 1963, a copy of which is attached and made a
part hereof.
This statement is herewith being filed in the office of the
Register of Deeds for the County of Ramsey., pursuant to Section 1907.
St. Paul Legislative Code, for the purpose of registering a lien in favor
of the said City of Saint Paul on the land described herein.

This has reference to the property a 1032 Sims v -nue, more
particularly described as Lot 12, Bl ck 7., n's Earl St.
Addition to Saint Paul, Minnesota owne ancis E. Young
and Betty Ann Young, 1164 East Seventh Street, Saint Paul 6,
Minnesota. and confirms the expense incurred by the City in
the condemnation and wrecking of the two story frame single
family dwelling thereon, which amounted to $750.69.
As you will note, the final paragraph of this resolution dir-
ects the City Clerk to file, in the office of the Register of
Deeds, a statement of expense incurred, for the Purpose of
securing a lien on the property, in accordance with Section
1.07 -7 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.

The expense was incurred by reason of the wrecking and removal
