WHEREAS: The Friends of St. Peter Claver Church holders of License No. 1947,
expiring May 17, 1961, permitting them to conduct Bingo Games each
Sunday, between the hours of 7 :30 and 11:30 p.m. at 167 West Seventh
Street, and
WHEREAS: The Friends of St. Peter Claver Church have made application for the
change of day and hours during which they conduct such games to
Friday Afternoons, > b6tween the hours of 1:00 and 5 :00 P.M.
therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That License No. 1947 issued to the Friends of St. Peter Claver Church
be and the same is hereby amended to read "Friday Afternoons, between
the hours of 1:00 and 5 :00 p.m." effective September 13, 1963•
