In the n1atter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the Cul-
de -sac on Cook Ave. from a point 276 feet east of Atlantic St. to dead end as
platted under Preliminary Order 213666, approved June 28, 1963, and Final
Order 214336, approved August 20, 1963•
Resolved, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above
named improvement be and the same are hereby approved and the Commissioner of
Public'Works be and he is hereby directed to do the work at an estimated cost
of $1,279.00 by City Forces and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to secure
the necessary materials, and be it
Further Resolved, -That the cost of the above named improvement including,
engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $153.50 and finance charges
of $2.50 or a total of $1,435.00 be assessed against the benefitted property.
