COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
plans and specifications for sanitary sewer extensions in LINDIG
STREET from Larpenteur Avenue to about 1100 feet north of Larpen-
teur Avenue and in the west side of SNELLING AVENUE from Roselawn
Avenue to about 700 feet south of Roselawn Avenue for the Village
of Falcon Height 's, authorized by and subject to the provisions,
terms and conditions of the City of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 10829,
approved September 14, 1956, for-the connection of the public sewer
system of the Village of Falcon Heights with that of City of Saint
Paul, prepared by consulting engineers of said Village and approved
by the Village Council of Falcon Heights, and heretofore submitted
to and approved by the Commissioner of Public Works and-the' Chief
Engineer, hereby are in all things approved.
