Contract No. G -3152 was, awarded to Lovering Construction Co.
for Construction of the Civic Education Building, Tenth and
Cedar Streets, Saint Paul.
During the construction of the work under this contract there
were found several items which must.be changed in order that
the electrical fixtures conform to changes made in the general
construction under Addendum No. 4 and negotiations have been
conducted with the contractor who agrees to make these changes
in the electrical work for the sum of $174.14, which is a rea-
sonable amount for the labor and material involved.
It is therefore requested that a resolution be passed by the
Council authorizing this extra in the amount of $174.14 to
cover the above electrical work.
