Hon. Council
City of Saint Paul
Gentlemen:
Thi office has received the attached request from Lee
Men ehlsen, the proprietor of Lee's Salvage Company at
98 Eaton Street, requesting Council permission to erect
a fence around his property at 144 Livington where he is
conducting a junk and scrap metal yard. He has been
granted a dealer's license f6r this location.
He states he requires a fence twelve feet high to be con-
structed of corrugated sheets in order to protect his ma-
terials.
Our inspector has investigated this location and it is his
recommendation that he be allowed to erect a fence on the
side and back of this lot as the other two sides are bor-
dered by buildings and I concur in this recommendation.
