RESOLVED, That Ronald W. Ricci and Thomas J. Ricci,
dependent children of Samuel A. Ricci, employe of the Department
of Public Safety, Bureau of Fire Protection, who died on March 3,
1963, from injuries sustained in the course of his employment,
be paid from the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General y:-
Fund the sum of $45.00 per week, payable every four weeks commencing
March 4, 1963, and continuing during dependency, but not to exceed
$16,645, subject to the limitations of the Workmen's Compensation
Law of Minnesota, together with $550.00 for funeral expenses
incurred, and that the sum of $1125.00 for compensation to
and including August 23, 1963, is now due and payable; further,
that said sums shall be paid to Samuel I. Ricci, as guardian of
said minor children, all according to the Order of the Commission
filed June 26, 1963.
