Public Buildings to enter upon the premises and wreck and remove
the condemned fourplex at 662 -664 Otsego St., as more fully set
out in the attached letter of the City Architect.

Gentlemen:
Under date of April 29, 1963 a printed copy of Council File
No. 212391 was mailed to Joseph Rosenblum, 1090 -2 Grand
Avenue, which resolution directed the wrecking and removal
of the fourplex on West 62 feet Lot 7,, "Block 10, Warren &
Winslows Addition to Town of Saint Paul, also known as 662-
664 Otsego Street, as published in the official paper.
Subsequently extensions of time were given to August 10,
1963 for the rehabilitation of this building. No appeal has
been filed with this office for a rehearing of the condemna-
tion proceedings and the - building has not been wrecked or re-
moved. Pleae proceed with the condemnation action, which
will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And
Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and
remove the building thereon, and to do any and all things
therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoin-
ing property.
