RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of garage and
removal of miscellaneous concrete and debris located at 112 East Maryland
Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota to PATSY WRECKING COMPANY in accordance with City
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid #5690 of said
Patsy Wrecking Company for the contract price of $75.00, such bid being one
of identical bids and said Patsy Wrecking Company being a reasonable and
reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw
up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby
are authorized to execute said contra ct on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
