WHEREAS, in connection with the construction of center divider
islands on Snelling Avenue between Interstate 94 and one -
half block north of Sherburne Avenue and construction of
a right turn lane at the intersection of Montreal and
Snelling, and,
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and the State of Minnesota
have entered into an agreement No. 1026 regarding this
project, now therefore be it,
RESOLVED, that this project be completed by City Forces at
an estimated cost of $10,000.00 plus Engineering and Inspect-
ion costs of $500.00 or a total estimated cost of $10,500.00,
and this amount to be charged to the Permanent Improvement
Revolving Fund, Code 3001 and this same fund to be
reimbursed from Minnesota Highway Department under agreement
No. 1026,
