Water Services, analysis of projected expenses and recommendation of the 2008 Budget, the Board of
Water Commissioners and the City Council have deterznined that the present rate structure is inadequate

RESOLVED, That pursuant to Section 85.01 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code the City Council hereby
approves the following Schedule of Water Rates for all water bills levied on or after January 1, 2008.

service.
