No. 207912, approved July 3, 1962, and pursuant to the conditions contained in the agreement that said council resolu- tion refers to, the City of St. Paul has completed the acquisition of the Bantle and Brensike properties. This was a joint acquisition by the City and the Port Authority, with the City having the responsi- bility of acquiring the land and then deeding certain portions of said lands to the Port Authority for compensation determined on a pro rata basis. The parcels that the City is to deed to the Port Au- thority should be described and identified as follows: Parcel 1-PA - Exhibit A Commencing at a point on the north line of Block Seven (7), Whitney's re- arrangement of Bellevue Addition, at the intersection of north and south quarter (4) section line in Section 21, Township 28-North, Range 23 West, further known as NW corner of Block Seven (7); thence southerly along said north and south quarter Q) section line in Section 21, 105 feet to the point of beginning of the property to be described; thence bearing southerly along said north and south quarter Q) section line to the channel of the Mississippi River; thence easterly along said channel to the westerly line of Bellevue Avenue, now South Wheeler Street, produced southerly; thence northerly along said westerly line of Belle- vue Avenue to a point on said westerly line of Bellevue Avenue that is 185 feet southerly from the north line of B1ock.Seven (7), Bellevue Addi- tion extended; thence westerly along a line that is 185 feet southerly from and parallel to the north line of Block Seven (7), Bellevue Addi- tion extended, to the point of intersection with a line that is 210 feet easterly from and parallel to the north and south quarter Q) sec- tion line in baid Section 21; thence bearing northwesterly to the point of beginning. I request that you prepare the necessary council resolution authori- zing the proper city officials to convey the heretofore described lands to the Port Authority for full compensation of $22,955.15; and also that,you prepare the necessary deeds of conveyance.
