under Preliminary Order 212551 , approved May 39 1963 ,
Intermediary Order 213925 , approved July 16, 1963
A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all persona, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, Bye the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is
Condemning and taking a permanent easement 30 feet in width in Lot 80, Montville,
Dayton and Warrents Prospect Addition adjacent to the north line of Pt. Douglas Road
for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under, across and
through a strip of land 30 feet in width, the north line of said easement being a
line that is parallel to and 30 feet northeasterly of the southwesterly lot line of
said Lot 80, said north eaeement line extending from the northwesterly lot line of
said Lot 80 to the southerly line of said Lot 80
and the Council hereby orders said improvements to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lands or easements therein be and the same are
hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of making said improvements, viz.:
A strip of land 30 feet in width, the north line of said easement being a line
that is parallel to and 30 feet northeasterly of the southwesterly lot line of said
Lot 80, said north easement line extending from the northwesterly lot line of said
Lot 80 to the southerly line of said Lot 80
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and the 1
authorized and directed to proceed with the making of said improvement in
