3. Appeal of Song Lee to a Sut7unary Abatement Order for property at 408 Belvidere Street
East.
The appellant did not appeaz.
Dennis Senty, DSI-Code Enforcement, stated that this was vacant land in which a new, modulaz
home was being built. The building recently lost its certification and a vacant building file was
opened on August 22. The City issued orders to replace silt fencing which basically would require
that two of the stakes be put back into the ground to keep the fencing in place.
Ms. Moermond asked whether this was an emergency situation.
Mr. Senty responded that at this time, it was not. However, if an emergency did arise, they would
issue an emergency order to do the work.
