RESOLUTiON
CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA
�
WHEREAS, on October 3, 2007, the City Council of the Ciry of Saint Paul adopted Council File #07-942,
said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for graffiti removal on private properties from July 10
to July 17, 2007. (File No. 70702P, Assessment No. 8378); and
WHEREAS, the property at 738 Blair Avenue, being described as:
Syndicate No. 3 Addition Lot 15 Blk 2;
with the property identification number 35-24-23-11-0234 was assessed an amount of $21138 for graffiti
removal; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Heazing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
made in error.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
any accrued interest; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $21138, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #07-442 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
