1 WHEREAS, on September 5, 2007, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #07-
2 822, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for properiy clean-up on private properties
3(graffiti removal) from June 7 to July 10, 2007. (File No. J0710A, Assessment No. 8360); and

5 WHEREAS, the property at 484 Ashland Avenue, being described as:

7 Woodland Park Addition to St. Paul Lots 7 thru 12 Blk 14 Lot 12 Blk 14;
8
9 with the property identification number O1-28-23-24-0044 was assessed an amount of $25b.84 for graffiti
10 removal; and
11
12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
13 made in error.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
16 any accrued interest; and
17
18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $256.84, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
19 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #07-822 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
