Included in this final order is the east j of Lot 3, in said block, which is tax- forfeited. A nominal award of damages was recommended in this case with the intent of acquiring a use estate deed from the State of Minnesota. I, therefore, recommend that application be made under the terms of MS 282.01, Sub. 1, for a convey- ance of the east j of Lot 3, Block 8, Winslowts Addition to Saint Paul. This parcel is unimproved and is zoned for "Bn residential purposes as is the remainder of the block with the exception of a triangle in the southeast corner abutting West Seventh Street, which is zoned for light industrial pur- poses. 3t Respectfully submitte � Eltor .A.
