The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Council known as Council File No. 213212
approved June 7th. 19 63 relative to reconstructing the side -
walk.on both sides of Duke St. from Palace Ave. to James Ave. and by doing
-a_ll other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improve-
ment.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein,, hereby
reports;
1. The estimated cost thereof ir� $,3.25 per lin. ft. for a std. side-
5 ft_ wide and $3.80 per lin._ ft. for a standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attach
and made a part hereof.
