Resolution Formally Vacating the Stay in Implementation of Council File #07-648,
An Order to Remove 80 Sycamore SL E.
1 WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council adopted Council File #07-735 on August 15, 2007 to stay the
2 implementation of Council File #07-648; and
a WHEREAS, this stay was put in place pending the property owner's appeal of Council File #07-648 to the Minnesota
5 Court of Appeals; and
7 WHEREAS, on October 10, 2007, the properiy owner and the City of Saint Paul ageed to a stipulafion of dismissal
8 with prejudice and the Minnesota Court of Appeals accepted such agreement and dismissed the appeal; and
10 WHEI2EAS, the appeal was dismissed with prejudice, the Ciry of Saint Paul is able to proceed with the orders adopted
11 by Council File #07-648; now, therefore, be it

13 RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby formally vacates the stay on the implementarion of Council File # 07-648
14 which was established in Council File # 07-735, allowing the enforcement agency to commence demolition
