RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee"theref03
and hereby awards contract for Grading and Paving Mississippi Street from Minnehaha
Avenue to York Avenue, M.S.A. Project 64- 167 -01 to HURCON, INC. in accordance with Cit3
plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #9420 of said
Hurcon, Inc. for the contract price of $73,812.00, plus $7381.20 Engineering, plus
$375.00 Water Dept. Charges, plus $1476.24 Inspection and plus $10.00 Finance Dept.
Charge by City Forces, such bid being the lowest and said Hurcon, Inc. being a
reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed
to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City officials•hereby
are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
