WHEREAS, Project PP.•21, within Bond Func crk`:'' S`:�econd

United Improvement Program, provides for the, coa truction'mf �a. storage
warehouse to serve the Highland Park Golf Course,,' and bond fund allotment
for said Project PP-21 is $21, 629. 88; and
WHEREAS the Department of Parks and Recreation advises that they
have need of two such structures, one as originally planned at Highland
and a second structure at Como Golf Course, and that by modifying the
original plan two structures can be built for $24, 000. 00, financed as
follows:
Original allocation in Bond Fund 500, PP -21 $21,629.88
Estimated cost of structure at Highland 12, 000. 00
Balance $ 9, 629. 88
Bond Fund S-Op, PP -34:
To be transferred from PP -21 $ 9,629.88
To be transferred from Parks Unallocated 2, 370. 12
Estimated cost of structure at Como $12, 000. 00
AND WHEREAS the Second United Improvement Program Advisory
Committee regards the revised program of expenditures as of greater public
service to 'a�-greaters number -of people,- and -after- consultation with -the City -
Technical Committee recommends to the City Council that the amount of
$9, 629. 88 be transferred from the allotment in Bond Fund 500, Project PP »21,
and the amount of $2, 370. 12 be transferred from Parks Unallocated Fund
to Bond Fund 500, PP-34, making a total of $12, 000. 00 available for
Project PP -34; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby approves said transfer
of funds.
