RESOLVED, that the prior Resolution of this Council, C. F. No.
214265, adopted August 7, 1963, hereby is amended in respect of its requirements
for furnishing by the Committee - Lessee thereunder, of public liability casualty
insurance coverage, so that, in lieu of the thereunder specified coverage
requirementg,the following shall be substituted as those to be maintained at the
expense of the Committee - Lessee, to -wit:
On account of claims for personal injuries, $100,000 for
each accident and $25,000 on account of injury to each person, subject in
each instance to a deduct16nii of $50 per claim; and in respect of property
damage claims, $5000 for each accident and subject to $100 deduction on account
of each claim; that said prior Resolution, by reference, is incorporated herein
and made part and parcel of this Resolution and, except as the sate hereby is
amended, said prior Resolution shall govern the lease of the Saint:Paul
Municipal Stadium facilities therein specified and defined.
