Dear Sev: Re; Rental of Municipal Stadium
by Amateur Aid Fund for Uenefit
Wrestling Show,.Aug. 10,1963
f with rain date, Aug. 11,1963.
On b.ehalfir of the Amateur Aid Fund Committee we wish
to thank you for allowing us to use Municipal Stadium the
night of Aug 10th for our benefit Wrestling show.
The Aid Fund has made it possible for St Paul's
outstanding athlete's and athletic teams to compete in state and
national competition. It not only has done a lot to help amateur
athletics here but has.hrought to our city some very fine
publicity. This event is sponsored by the Dispatch and 2ioneer Press.
Zddie Williams said you had agreed to a 0200.00 rental
fee plus some minor labor costs. We really appreciate it as
we are-very anxious to make some money this year as our
bank account is now very low. This will be the 25th anniversary
of the show.
Thanks a'lot Sev and I hope to see you soon.
CC ED Williams.
