RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for Removal of the Bush Avenue Bridge over right-
of-way and,tracks of Northern Pacific Railway Company to CARL BOLANDER & SONS COMPANY
in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the
Formal. Bid #9410 of said Carl Bol.ander & Sons Company for the contract price of
$4,100.00,(plus $41o.00 Engineering, plus $82.00 Inspection and plus $400.00
Maintenance Bureau jiy City Forces) such bid being the lowest and said Carl Bol.ander
& Sons Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the
City of Saint Paul.
