WHEREAS: Nels Wold Chapter No. 5, Military Order of the Purple Heart holders of
License No. 3079, expiring December 21, 1963, permitting them to conduct
Bingo Games each Saturday Afternoon, between the hours of 1:30 and 5 :30 p.m.
at 904 Rice Street (Second Floor), and
WHEREAS: Nels Wold 4lapter No. 5,,Military Order of the Purple Heart have made
application for the change of hours during which they conduct such games
to 2:OO'to 6:00 p.m., therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That License No. 3079, issued to the Nets Wold Chapter No. 5, Military Order
of the Purple Heart, be and the same is hereby amended to read 11Between
the hours of 2:00 and 6:00 p.m. fc>r the remainder of the license year.
