Human Resouices was asked by Public Heakh to conduct a job study for the FiealYh Educator II, Occupation Code 576, grade 013,
Salary Schedule 06. A detertninarion was made by HR that the classification to the Professional Bazgaining Unit at a salary schedule
gtade level of 16 was appropriate. Professional Employess Associarion Bazgaining Unit 06 was norified of the change and they had no
objections.
Advantages If Approved:
The Public Health organizational structure will be properly structured to manage the work being completed. The individual in this
classification will be able to perform the duties and responsibiliUes of the classification and will be appropriately compensated.
